OMG… this is just heartbreaking.

Suman Khatun, a five year-old obese Indian girl who suffers from a suspected hormonal imbalance, is so insatiably hungry she is eating herself to death, doctors fear.

In just one week, she devours over 10 kilograms of rice, 24 eggs, six litres of milk and five kilos of potatoes. Her hunger even leads her to sneak out and pester her neighbours for food in the village of Metiala in the Indian state of West Bengal.

Earning just £6 a week, her parents have reached their wits’ end with their daughter who weighs in at almost 12 stone, despite being only three and half feet tall.

"When she is not fed she cries, shouts, screams and has even thrown rocks at us" says Suman’s mother Belly Bibi, 33

Crippled by their daughter’s appetite, Suman’s family has been unable to afford to travel to Calcutta for expert medical treatment.

Suman struggles to walk as she suffers from severe respiratory problems. At 2, Suman weighed seven stone and her weight has increased by up to 15 kilos per year.

Woman arrested on child cruelty charge

An Alabama woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon after police say she injured a child while dragging it through a store in Rome.

According to Floyd County Jail records:

Melissa Catherine Smith-Means, 37, of Gaylesville, Ala., was arrested by Rome police around 12:30 p.m. She was charged with felony fi More..rst-degree cruelty to children.

Police say she was observed by customers and employees at a store on Broad Street, dragging a small child around by a backpack leash. The child had visible marks on the neck from the incident.

She remains in jail without bail.

It’s been 8 months since the release of the much-hyped Google Chrome browser. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it definitely lives up to the hype. The thing that impressed me the most about Google Chrome is it’s speed; and with the new version, it has just gotten better.

Google Chrome 2 is now more stable than ever. Fixing more than 300 bugs that caused crashes. The speed, a new version of WebKit and an update to it’s JavaScript engine, V8, interactive web pages will run faster even with more tabs opened.

For the more visible improvements:

Improved New Tab Page: The most requested feature from users was the ability to remove thumbnails from the New Tab page. Now you can finally hide that embarrassing gossip blog from the Most Visited section.

Full Screen Mode: If you’ve ever given a presentation or watched a large video using Google Chrome, you might have wished you could use every last pixel on your screen for the content. Now you can hide the title bar and the rest of the browser window by hitting F11 or selecting the option in the Tools menu.

Form Autofill: Filling out your information in forms over and over again can be tedious. Form autofill helps by showing information you’ve previously entered into the same form fields automatically. If at any point you want to clear out your information, that’s easy to do from the Tools menu.

A 19-year old man from the Russian city of Yekaterinburg has survived after stabbing himself in the head with a pair of scissor!

Warning: The photo you are about to see has graphic content. It contains a photo of a man with scissors impaled on his head. If you can’t take this kind of brutal stuff, turn away now. You have been warned.

The man, Mark Makarenkov, was having an argument with his girlfriend and after she left, he suddenly grabbed the scissors and stabbed himself in the temple.

Aghhhhhhhh!!!!

Makarenkov’s mother called for an ambulance and he was taken to hospital. The  surgeons carried out an operation to remove the scissors which was embedded 5 centimeters into his skull, but luckily did not damage his brain or eye.

After learning of the brutal incident, his girlfriend rushed to the hospital and begged for forgiveness, with reasons undisclosed.

She cheated on her perhaps?

Mrs. Luo of Chongqing, China is producing so much breast milk that she bathes her baby in the excess each day.

She is said to be producing two liters of milk, more than she needs, to feed her six-week-old daughter Shan Shan.

Her mother, husband and mother-in-law had all been drinking the extra milk but she says they still have plenty left over. Yes, you read it right. They also drink the excess milk. Yuck.

Luo’s mother-in-law is the one who suggested to give the baby a breast milk bath.

She is currently offering to donate the “extra” breast milk because she feels that bathing her baby in breast milk is too much of an indulgence.

Wtf, it must be a lot of milk!

Is Mrs. Luo a half-breed human-cow or something? Weird stuff. But hey, it’s China! Anything’s possible.
