Just so you know. The artist will always use a stencil which the customer checks once on paper and then again on the skin. If the customer does not notice the spelling error then both of them are to blame. I once had a lady who tried to sue me for getting her roman numerals wrong. I found the scanned picture in my hard drive (because I scan every design I do). She had handed me the numerals and I resized them, nothing more. When she realised they were wrong she tried to blame me and I showed her the copy of the design she had handed me. She dropped the case very quickly. Just remember it's not always the tattoo artists fault! We spent most of our time at school doodeling on the worksheets instead of actually working!

Am I the only one who knows how to comment about mis-spelled tattoos with correct spelling? I thought the first one was a joke when it said "to" instead of "too", but then the next two also have spelling errors. I hope you don't have tattoos, or else you're likely to be seen on a website like this in the future.

Hey bright one, just so you know it's "Misspelled" not "Mis-spelled". So get the fuck off your high horse.

I got a tattoo tonight saying sacrifice, but the tattoo artist spelled it sacrafice. When they were typing it on the computer, I asked if it was spelled with an I, and they said no, it's with an A. I figured they knew better than me, so I assumed it was right. I am so completely devistated. Can I sue or anything?

Hey Court,
The good news is that you can sue in the court of stupid dumbf*cks. But then you run the risk of being sent to stupid dumbf*ck prison. You can show off your stupid dumbf*ck tats and nobody will know it's spelled wrong. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed is king.
Fail.

The one that says: In loving memory really does say memory…that's what an r in cursive looks like. It's kind of a shitty job as far as font, but the spelling is right.
