Smart And Globe Free Mobile Internet Browsing

In order to access free mobile Internet browsing, follow the steps below.

Smart Users:



1. Open Opera Mini mod v2.06 then go to Menu>Tools>Settings>Network
2. Put a check on the box that is labeled “Shadow connect”
3. Enter “http://wap.smart.com.ph” on the textbox labeled “The address to connect”
4. Put a check on the box labeled “Check time-out for connections”
5. Enter “120″ on the textbox labeled “Time[s]”
6. Leave the checkbox labeled “Additional” unchecked
7. Leave the textboxes labeled “Server”, “Port”, “Username” and “Password” blank
8. Enter “wap.smart.com.ph@server.operamini.com:80″ on the Opera Mini server textbox
9. Uncheck the box labeled “Reset of a server at an error”

Globe Users:

1. Open Opera Mini then go to Menu>Tools>Settings>Network
2. Put a check on the box that is labeled “Shadow connect”
3. Enter “http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp” on the textbox labeled “The address to connect”
4. Put a check on the box labeled “Check time-out for connections”
5. Enter “120″ on the textbox labeled “Time[s]”
6. Leave the checkbox labeled “Additional” unchecked
7. Leave the textboxes labeled “Server”, “Port”, “Username” and “Password” blank
8. Enter “3g.myglobe.com.ph@server.operamini.com:80″ on the Opera Mini server textbox
9. Uncheck the box labeled “Reset of a server at an error”
10. Leave the other settings without changing it then save the changes

NOTE: This is only for Smart and Globe users in the Philippines.

    Where can you get the Opera Mini mod v2.06? Do i download it or is it already supposed to be in my cel phone? I have a Nokia E71.

    i followed the instruction but still there is an error

    invalid hostnameex= cd=4 resp=0 host=3g.myglobe.com.ph@server.operamini.com:80

    what should i do?

    nathalie 1 try this new version of Opera Mini mod (v3.10) – http://www.mediafire.com/?nzw5zni4jul

    then
    1. Go to Menu>Tools>Settings>Network
    2. “Opera Mini Server” should be http://3g.myglobe.com.ph@server.operamini.com:80
    3. Put a check on “Shadow Connect”
    4. Enter http://www.globe.com.ph/globe.asp on the textbox labeled “The address to connect”
    5. Do not change the other settings

    Works on HTTP connection only
    Internet Profile and Java Setting: Use myGlobe CONNECT or myGlobe INET
    Note: No need to change any settings on Opera Mini and on your phone

    ask ko lng kung alin ung mas mabilis.. 2.0 o ung 4.2????

    Ask ko rin kung pano magdownload gamit ung 4.2…
    nalabas kc ung error….java.microedition.write..?????

    can i just text you? im really having a hard time. i even tried to download the 4.2 modded but i cant install it . it says,, application error. my phone is Moto K3. why does it happened? Opera mini mod 2.06 works but im encountering error :( >>>>”invalid hostnameex= cd=4 resp=0 host=3g.myglobe.com.ph@server.operamini.com:80?<<< help me plz.

    meron n ko nung 2.06 at ung modded 4.01 n opera mini pero ngchacharge p din, hindi nga ako makakonek kung wala ako load, anu po b ang problema ng phone ko?
